This series coms from exploration of my own body and how I have chosen to express it. I wore this bra only once before at a live production of "The Rocky-Horror Picture Show" and even though I wasn't fully aware of how I wanted to feel comfortable in my skin, it didn't feel right at the time. Choosing to use an article of clothing that makes me feel uncomfortable as the main subject point in my pieces makes me feel like I've stood above my own ideas of gender norms and turned them into something beautiful.
